In celebration of International Women’s Day, we’re partnering with Leaf Bean Machine to bring you a special morning dedicated to connection, wellbeing, and community.

Sip, Stretch & Strengthen is an opportunity to pause from the busyness of daily life, gather with like-minded women, and prioritise your mental and physical wellbeing in a warm, welcoming space.

☕ Roastery Tour
Go behind the scenes and gain insight into the Leaf Bean Machine coffee roasting process, learning how your favourite brews are crafted with care.

🍵 Coffee & Tea Tasting
Enjoy guided tastings of specialty coffee and tea products, discovering flavour profiles and brewing techniques along the way.

🧠 Mental Health Workshop
Led by Miranda, a local mental health consultant, this session be an empowering psychoeducation on the nervous system and guide participants through a lovely nervous system regulation exercise and strategy.

🧘‍♀️ Gentle Movement Session 
Guided by Jaccy from Mala Yoga, this short, accessible movement session is designed to help you reset, release tension, and reconnect with your body.

🎁 Take-Home Gift
All attendees will receive complimentary tea samples to continue the experience at home.

This event is about supporting one another and creating meaningful experiences for the women in our community. Whether you come with friends or attend solo, you’ll leave feeling grounded, inspired, and connected.

About Miranda
Miranda Wiltshire is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with a Senior Social Work and Counselling background of over 26 years in Neurosciences and Mental Health. She specialises in working with Trauma and mental health issues like Anxiety and Depression with Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR); Somatic; and Polyvagal therapies.

She also works with self-worth, nervous system regulation and Sports Psychology.  Her passion to help people with compassionate values has led her to run her own Counselling business, ‘Miranda Wiltshire Counselling’, encouraging Empowerment through Authenticity, and a uniquely tailored approach of Therapy Your Way.  She is based in Perth, Western Australia, but can provide Counselling services and Medicare rebates to anyone in Australia, online.
