We’ve designed our yoga teacher training for people like you.  You love yoga, are passionate about deepening your personal practice and wish to gain the confidence to become a knowledgeable and embodied guide.

Our commitment is to offer you an empowering and transformative experience where you’ll both learn and experience specific yoga teachings – encouraging you to thrive in life and share your light with the world.

As part of your training, we will be offering you a free, unlimited monthly membership at our beautiful studio, enabling you to fully immerse yourself in your practice and our community.  This also provides you the opportunity to reinforce your learning and experience of yoga between our modules together.

Our training is designed to deepen your understanding of pranayama, meditation, Ayurveda, Tantra, Hatha, Classical Yoga, the energetics of Yoga and much more.  This enriching experience will also teach you the philosophical and historical underpinnings of Yoga.  By complimenting and deepening your personal practice, your training will prepare you to confidently share this wisdom and knowledge with others.

After this teacher training, you can expect to confidently:

⟡ design and guide a safe and effective general yoga class

⟡ begin delivering public classes

⟡ provide variations of asana to suit the students in your class

⟡ understand how and why to weave pranayama and meditation into practice

⟡ develop and refine your own personal practice

⟡ work with individual students to create a personalised Ayurvedic Yoga practice

Our deepest wish is that once you have graduated, the practices and techniques you have studied and experienced with us will lead you to a more joyful and passionate life, inspiring you to positively influence others.
